Skepsis Learning collects your data so that we can:

How do we store your data?
The data will be placed on an encrypted laptop with two layers of firewall protection. The data is then anonymised so as to further protect all our clients.
Skepsis will keep your personal data for the duration of the project that your data is relevant to. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data permanently from our local storage. We adhere to the Data Protection Act (2018). Please see Appendix 1 for more details.
What are your data protection rights?
Skepsis Learning would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
The right to access– You have the right to request Skepsis Learning for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
The right to rectification – You have the right to request that Skepsis Learning correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Skepsis Learning to complete information you believe is incomplete.
The right to erasure – You have the right to request that Skepsis Learning erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
