knowledge-weave® is the practice of Dr Jenny Smith — coach, researcher and systems-thinking specialist with over twenty-five years of experience working with leaders, organisations and the people who shape them.
My work is grounded in a simple conviction: that the quality of thinking inside an organisation determines the quality of everything that comes out of it. Better thinking produces better decisions, better culture and better results. It is teachable, measurable and worth investing in seriously.
I work with organisations through two connected strands. HSF Lab builds foresight and systems thinking capability in leadership teams — helping organisations see further, think more clearly and lead from a future they have genuinely imagined. We also offered tailored coaching programmes. Journey is our award-winning flagship coaching programme for organisations who want to retain and develop their people – structured, evidence-based and built to produce outcomes the organisation can actually point to.
My approach is underpinned by published research across cognitive science, organisational learning, foresight theory and the psychology of change. Coaching is at the heart of everything I do – as a structured, purposeful process that produces real clarity, genuine direction and the confidence to act
